What do you do when you dont see any hope ? What do you do when all your dreams shatters ? What do you do when there is no one to listen to you ?
Answer for all this is you become emotionally more stronger .I always wondered what seperates the people who are succesfull and people who leave hope at the drop of a hat . The only difference between these two kinds of people is the first set have been through hell in life , which had in turn made them stronger and capable to do anything in the world.They are the people who have seen the worst part of life and emerged out of it succesfully and strongly .These are the people who know that nothing can be as bad as what they have been through . So every action they take makes them more confident of themselves . People who emerge stronger are the ones who know that they are fighting by standing against the wall and not giving their best will leave them no better off
The other set of people who loose all hope are the one's who have backup's in life .People who know that whatever happens there will be someone to take care of them .So they leave everything on someone and never give their best to anything .That is not to say that these people do not try but they dont try 100 % .
Look at Dhirubhai what he was and what his legacy is now .Look at Abdul Kalam .These are the people from whom you seek answers for What to do .People whose struggles inspires you and help you see the light .
So next time when you start doubting yourself or ask god ..just think of them and you will get the answer .

Movies for fun ..no more !!!!
Arrey yaar vo Dus kahanaiyan lo na..usme chapne ko khoob milega ......Oye yaar nahi ..usme vo kya to bhi story hain ..chal apan Guru lete hain ..google se tipne ko bhi milega .....abbey pagal hain kya ..OB ki teacher maregee ..aur saare number gaye ..!!! vaise bhi class main sunte nahi hain ..isme kuch to chahiye...Can anyone think what this conversation was all about .....!#@#@ .No this is not any group of friends discussing about which movie to watch on a coming weekend .Hold your Breath ....This is something which is totally out of the blue . Ok i guess i have built enough curousity regarding what this is all about (if not cant help it either)....So the answer is ....(music in the background..) this is a group of people talking about watching a movie as a Case Study !!! .
Well never before in my life i had thought that movie watching can be traumatizing .For me movies were always something for fun , and the only reason movies were being watched was to do total time killing .Sadly though thats not the case any more .Needless to say when we were given the task of writing a case study of a movie we were all baffeled and confused . The only thought going on in our minds was ..Movies Case Study !! ..whats the corelation , wats the cost , wats the Utility ..our economics and acct class was also going on simultaneously so brain was total khichdi .
But anyways u got to do what has to be done. (30 marks dude ) there was no escaping that . So we all ie my current group of 5 people sat together to brainstorm as to which movie to choose. There were a number of options we thought ..some of the best or most memorable ones were "Aaja Nachle " i know i know it was a horribly horrible movie ...and we didnt want to go through double tourture of watching the movie and analysing it so it was outrightly rejected .Another intersting option was "Honeymoon Travels pvt ltd " .Needless to say again these were all your's truly original patented idea's , which mercilessly got crushed :(
To cut the short story more short we finally decided on Aankhen ..AB and 3 blind people . But as fate would have had it we were unable to find any time to watch the movie!!! (there was no time for sleep too ) Is it the same me !!!!
On a serious note the movie was real good , its the best original authentic idea one could have come up with and hats off to the director who transported this gujju play into movie .The most important point was grouping with a enirely new set of people all from different backgrounds , sitting with them at odd hours just to make sure that we give this task our best shot .There was so much to learn from each one of them in this short span of time . Now i realise the importance of the case study .The punchline .."Nothing is Impossible " . And surely nothing is :)
Thanks Mam for this assignment .
I am pretty sure after this assignment any movie which i will watch in future i will think of it as another case study and enjoy it much more .

Thank u All
I wanted to write this blog way back when i was leaving infy .Needless to say my last day Iwas all sad and just holding myself up .I dont know why, even though there was so much cribbing and issues and everything ,there was in minfy which made me sad.One of my colleagues said..neha its not abt the place its abt the people who make the place.May b its true..May be my intial exp were a bit different which gave me a different image of the place.
Well whatever that was what counts is the ending .And for me i would definetely call it terrific and faboulous .Specially the people i met during the last 2 yrs were just too good . I really wish i would meet each one of them at some point of my life. I definitely do not know how to thank them . May be i can start off by thanking them thru my blog ..may be they will never read it ..or may be they will laugh if they read ..but its ok i guess .
So my starting thx u person or rather persons are gonna b kevin and abhishek who braved the chilling chicago winter at 5 am in the morning that too on the coldest day of theyear to pick me up from the airport .And as if this was not enough they were aware of that i would come in typical desi style ..with a thin jacket they even brought a big heavy jacket and gloves for me ...only thing i can say is thx u guyz ..if it wasnt for u too may be i would have taken the next flight back :)
The next person i met who i got really close and frds with was namrata ..though she was not from infy but still she was the best roomate and frd i had met till date .Thx namri for making my 1 yr stay in chicago so memorable
Next person and i guess the most imp person who is actually responsible for all the transformation (i know big word ..heard it from my dean today :) ) is rohit .We never went along well with each other initially ..am a bit difficult to adjust with thatz y :D , but still later on in my second project he was my unofficial mentor .for every issue i used to go and take his opinion ..as to what i shd do , how shd i do , everything and anything related to scv .If no for him may b i wouldnt even have been in mba .i really wish he is not exhausted and mentally tortured after training me ..so that he can change many more nehaz and give them a new direction .thx rohit for giving an ear to my issues and helping me bring a total change from a stupid , naive , wierd person to a less stupid , naive and wierd person . i do hope that even after my mba we keep in touch with each other ., not to forget the deal ;)
After coming back in feb when my mgr told me to go back again in may for scv i wasnt vey much inclined .in fact i had even asked him to give me some other work , but then since the prj was for short duration he finally goaded me to go .Thanks Sampath for that , coz if it was not for scv i wouldnt have actually discovered my potential and hidden talents ..not that there were much of them .And main thx for giving me the oppurtunity to work with the best of the minds of infy .I assure you the learnings from each one of them is going to remain with me forever .
During my second short stint i met and interacted with a lot of people some outside of infy too .People who have now become very good frds of mine .As i write this i am again reminded of my deans lecture today of not to digress from the topic .So am back on track .
Scv people with different backgrounds working together for a common goal .Each one of them special in one way or the other .Sachin whose head i have eaten the most since i handled his application the most patient guy even when u have bugged him for those strange calculation 10 times already he still clamly explain them to u .Lanka that is what he used to call me :)
Then comes pg or palash ..we always used to have that little bit of chit o chat among ourselves ..some small fights over trivial issues for fun ..issues mainly sweets both of us had a common love for sweets ..so if one person used to get and other dint there used to be cursing of stomach upsets going all way ard .
Durga the omnipresent chef .i guess his real calling is biryani .Almost everyday i used to land up in his place for my dinner ..so much so that Sid and Raja aand Sachin said to include me in grocery bills ..i miss ur biryani and halwa dude ! u better come to spore for some project
The calmest of the calm person who doesnt get pertured by anything is Chaitanya .I have never seen such a person .Not sure why he never lost his temper or anything .I just wish i was like him all calm and composed and not hyperactive .Atleast would have been more sensible then ..hopefully .SCV thanking wont be complete if i dont mention Ashu ..the person who triggered the transformation .he is the one who assigned me to projects which helped me interact and develop as a person .Thx Ash ..
Well that was abt people whom i met when i was in Chicago ...Therez an equal big list for my offshore exp too . Starting with the trinities that is Ajith , Amith and Ranjith .Each of them the most humble , modest , down to earth , approachable person I have met till date as SPM's .
In my short stay of 3 months its all bcoz of you people that i have started loving mangalore.I seriously wish i would have met u all before .There was so much to learn from you all .I do hope that i have learnt atleast some of it . My thanking wont be over if i wont thx Amith and Ranjith for dropping me to my place which was totally roadless and stonefull after the parties .And if i dont come back to Infy i wld definitely steal u into my future company :)
Shvetha or SST as i call her has been the most reasonable frds i have made.Whenver i was all phsyced out ..which was always though ..she just helped me see the logical side of the problem .With her dimpled look and ultra white face i am sure she could give Rin and Surf a run for their money :)
Manju, Sowmia,Vernon,Ravi thx a lot guyz for tolerating me thru out the 1 yr stint of npi .I know i was real bad and hard and harsh with u all and apologising wouldnt rewind the time , but i do hope that my sponsored ooty trip and numerous parties and intolerable movies which we all went thru would have helped mitigate some of the damages done .Thx u guyz for being my frds
